We want you to love your jewelry, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process; no additional postage is required.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your items in their original packaging or a small box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
